Chiropractic Around The World
Dr. Thornton's journey in chiropractic began more than 40 years ago while studying at Gonstead Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. His travels over the years have taken him to other centers of chiropractic around the world from Japan and South Korea to France and the U.K. Some of his more memorable trips are presented below.
Palmer College of Chiropractic, Orange, Florida
Dr. Thornton teaching a class on the Gonstead Technique at Palmer College in Orange, Florida, in February 2010. Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, Bournemouth, U.K.
Dr. Thornton and his son, Dr. Jason Thornton, visited the
Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in November 2005. They toured the campus, met with faculty, and discussed the possibility of holding future seminars at the campus.

Tokyo-Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology: Japanese Chiropractic Unit
Chiropractic is just starting to take root in Japan. The
Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology is the leading center for education and research in the country. Dr. Thornton visited the campus and met with faculty in May 2004.

Franco-European Institute of Chiropractic
The first accredited chiropractic college in France, the Paris-based
Franco-European Institute of Chiropractic recently opened a second campus in Toulouse. Dr. Thornton visited the Paris campus and met with faculty in June 2003.
